Wines for Spring and Early Summer – Lively, Flavorful, Delicious

Regular price $60.00

Description

A wine tasting featuring white and rosé wines is a perfect way to celebrate spring and summer. These wines offer a refreshing and light taste, ideal for warm weather. White wines are known for their crispness and floral notes, while rosé wines bring a hint of sweetness and fruitiness to the palate. Pairing these wines with light summer dishes can enhance their flavors and create a delightful dining experience.

We will sample six wines, two of which will be sparkling, with Mark Vaughan, Publisher and Editor Emeritus of Santé Magazine. Light nibbles during a wine tasting can enhance the overall experience. We will provide small bites such as cheese, crackers, and fruits to help cleanse the palate between sips. Space is limited in this class.
