Gloria Palmer
Executive Director
Gloria is GMALL’s executive director, a watercolor artist, a certified pickleball instructor and active in the community. A Brooklyn native, she has lived in Vermont since 1974.
Liz Berard
Assistant to the Executive Director
Liz’s career background includes work as a travel agent and market research assistant. She has worked for GMALL since 2014 and lives in Dorset. She is a member of a local bell choir and an area book group.

Peter Radford
President
Peter spends his time gardening and researching, writing, and corresponding about the economy, technology, and economic history. He lives in Dorset.

Arnold Gottlieb
Treasurer
Arnie is a practicing attorney and advocate for the arts. Since moving to Dorset, he has hiked the Long Trail, served on a number of community boards and became an avid gardener.
Ned Reade
Secretary
Ned is a retired private school art teacher living in Arlington. He runs an art gallery in Dutchess County and spends as much time as possible painting watercolors at his easel along the dirt roads and rivers in southern Vermont.
Ellen Agress
Ellen is a retired media attorney who has a home with her husband in Manchester. She likes to exercise, read, cook, and socialize. She is active with her alma mater, the University of Michigan, and locally with Grateful Hearts and the Dorset Field Club, where she serves on the Board.

Cathy Rano
Cathy resides in Manchester with her husband and two dogs. Previously she lived in NYC and was an executive in the Fashion Industry both retail and wholesale.
Judie Robbins
Judie had her own TV location company in New York City for 18 years. She is now retired, living in Manchester and enjoying her nine grandchildren.
Anthony Surratt
Anthony is a Dorset-based artist and previously was a corporate communications executive, primarily in cable TV, for over 25 years.
