Come explore the aromatic cuisine of India with Lini Mazumdar of Anjali Farm in South Londonderry in this demonstration class. She will use seasonal ingredients and Ayurvedic spices which help digestion and health. The menu will include basmati rice pilaf, chicken masala, and a vegetable side dish. A seated dinner with wine will follow the instruction. Class size is limited. Pre-registration is required.

Lini Mazumdar lives on Anjali Farm with her family in South Londonderry, Vermont. She is an Ayurvedic Nutritional Counselor and an herbalist. She has her own Indian catering and tiffin business.
