Thoughts can create tension and often that interrupts the natural flow and we get out of balance. The intelligence of our body and mind works on its own and does not need any guidance, just letting it happen and taking a step back. We use breathing to help us take that step back so the intelligence can do its work. In this meditation class, we will learn to fully trust and accept the present moment as it is.

Frank Bonte is a tennis professional and a meditation and mindfulness coach. He began his meditation studies 15 years ago in Japan. He lived a full year under the guidance of Shodo Harada Roshi in his monastery in Okayama and continued training for several years.
