The Bird Diva will lead this bird walk, but don’t expect her to play the stereotypical bird guide. This workshop is about empowering you as a birder and having a darn good time while doing so. Remember to bring water, binoculars and/or camera, wear comfortable walking shoes and of course protect yourself from flying and crawling insects. Space is limited; pre-registration is required.

Bridget Butler, aka The Bird Diva, has been working in conservation and environmental education for more than 20 years throughout New England. Her business Bird Diva Consulting has her travelling across Vermont delivering presentations, leading bird walks, and surveying birds for landowners. Bridget has worked for the Audubon Society in Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts and helped to created Audubon Vermont’s Forest Bird Initiative. You may have seen her on WPTZ or WCAX talking about birds and conservation or heard her on Vermont Public Radio’s annual bird show on “Vermont Edition.”
