GUEST SPEAKER:

Derek Boothby, Peter Radford
and moderator Steven Sinding

The GMALL Debate 2019:

“The motion before this meeting is that THE PRESENT CONSTITUTION IS OBSOLETE AND SHOULD BE REPLACED.”

Is our 18th century Constitution no longer serving us well? Is it relevant to the 21st century? Should we have a new basic governance architecture? And if so, what?

Moderated by Steven Sinding, our two debaters will wrestle over these matters, following which the debate will be opened to the floor for audience participation.
