Jane MacKugler

Certified Zentangle® Teacher

Come learn Zentangle®, the art of producing non-representational line drawings with a pen and pencil while quieting your mind. The first class will introduce you, or refresh your memory, to Zentangle®. The other classes we will explore some more by switching things up. We will play with white on black, be creative with Dingbats and Dangles, and try out the new Transzending process. The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.

All are welcome, whether you *think* that you can’t draw or you are an accomplished artist, or anywhere in between. It increases focus and creativity, provides artistic satisfaction along with an increased sense of personal well-being.

*Suggested Supply List: Sakura Micron Pigma pens: Black 01, 05, 08. Good quality colored pencils basic set, pencil sharpener, assorted Sakura Gel pens especially the white 05, 08 and 10, a white charcoal pencil, a regular graphite pencil, and a small unlined notebook or journal.
